    1. Linda \u2013 work on supporting the board with pasture teams<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Diane \u2013 for being backup treasurer<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Page \u00a0– Work as treasurer<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Erica \u2013 for work on pasture management<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Eddie \u2013 as membership secretary<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Anna \u2013 Emergency chair and secretary work<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Everyone who took on a project and took ownership of it<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Heather \u2013 for taking on the role of president<\/span><\/li>\n
    9. Capital improvements \u2013 we got them all done (Mowing, pulling weeds, red barn repairs)<\/span><\/li>\n

        6. New Rules in 2017-2018<\/span>\n

          3. Microchipping clinic \u2013 great success<\/span><\/li>\n

            5. Morris has resigned his space, and has become an honorary member.<\/span>\n

              1. Morris was one of our longest members, and has contributed significantly in many wats over the years contributing hundreds of hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              2. Dues due Sept 15 (Late on Sept 30)<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Work Hours \u2013 Due at the end of the month \u2013 tracking has been adjusted per EBMUD request to understand how many and the type of hours on the pasture<\/span>\n

                1. Horses should be getting dental checks at Fall Clinic<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                2. Task Sign up \u00a0– We will post these online and solicit members to participation<\/span><\/li>\n
                3. Treasurer\u2019s Report \u2013 attached below<\/span><\/li>\n
                4. EBMUD Report \u2013 Kerrie Blackwell is our ranger<\/span><\/li>\n
                5. EBMUD Improvements – Wakean<\/span>\n
                    \n
                  1. New Road is available ONLY when it is dry <\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. Please don\u2019t use the new road if you slip, spin or it is wet<\/span><\/li>\n
                  3. It is ok to lead horses in and out via new road, so long as it isn\u2019t wet.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  4. Beer Can \u2013 EBMUD oked an electric fence (had a naturalist come and inspect for approval)<\/span><\/li>\n
                  5. Ring pasture re-do was oked by EBMUD to use in an emergency. <\/span><\/li>\n
                  6. EBMUD will be up on 9\/16 to inspect capital improvements (Red Barn Repairs and Ring Fencing)<\/span><\/li>\n
                  7. We did a considerable amount of weeding, and hand weeding, repairs to the ring pasture, and repairs to the red barn.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                  8. Grazing Rotation \u2013 Erica<\/span>\n
                      \n
                    1. Erica Reviewed the Grazing plan \u2013 available on the website<\/span><\/li>\n
                    2. Several members expressed serious concerns over Tier 3 grazing being a leading caase of ongoing concerns over horse obesity and the recent concerns with laminitis these past couple of years. Erica highlighted that we were close to tier 3 in prior plan, and that more frequent rotation does not increase laminitic tendencies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                    3. Feeding Schedule \u2013 Allison B<\/span>\n
