\ncontacted by mail and telephone re: her severely neglected horse and payment
\nof dues. She paid her dues, but continued to neglect the horse. “Under
\ncivil code 18341835 she should sell to a new owner or destroy.” Motion

\nlease. Both Castro Valley and Moraga\u2019s have members who don\u2019t keep their

\ncommunity pastures as “public relations” rather than strict lease
\nagreements, and is willing to consider new lease terms; should OHA have more
\nliberalized rules?” Motion passed to rewrite the lease permitting OHA
\nmore leeway in expanding membership to associate members.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\naddition (185 acres) became available.The Board recommended accepting the
