      b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0We brought the washout in the upper plateau, and the trees down in the forest,to EBMUD\u2019s attention. Given the intense rains this winter, there are a tremendous number of other properties with similar and worse challenges, it may be a long time until they can give these items attention. Anyone interested in helping with trees down can reach out to Wakean.<\/p>\n

      6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>Budget<\/b>– Has been approved and Page will share via email<\/p>\n

        The new website is up and live \u2013 We will sunset the old site on May 18:<\/p>\n

        Be sure you can access and provided any feedback to Kim prior to this date.<\/p>\n

        The old site will be archived for historical purposes.<\/p>\n

        8)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>Horses needing Dieting –\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

        a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Old Dairy will be available for dieting for 5 horses but water will need to be hauled in April 30-May 6<\/p>\n

        b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Lower Pasture Coral is now open \u2013 3 horses are in there now<\/p>\n

        c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The area behind the red barn is available for housing when really needed, but it is preferred that members use other options.<\/p>\n

        d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Heather will provide guidance for members who can\u2019t find a place to house their horse.<\/p>\n

        e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Horses in longer than 14 days need a note from their vet \u2013 this can be emailed to Eddie or the board<\/p>\n

        9)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>Plans for new projects<\/b><\/p>\n

        a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Old Stall Rehab \u2013 We are submitting a grant application to Bay Area Barns and Trails, proposing \u00a0repairs to the old stalls, addition of lighting, improvement of drainage and making these more user friendly<\/p>\n

        b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Chipper Rental \u2013 Linda will manage this, and is looking to do this later in the summer after the work party<\/p>\n

        c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Repair of hay shed in the pavilion \u2013 Kirsten is going work with Diane and Larry to see if he can repair the hay shed for under $400<\/p>\n

        d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Back forty Shelter \u2013 will be discussed in next meeting along with budget \u2013 budget and plans for this are welcome!<\/p>\n

        e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pond Barn \u2013 is now warped and is a swampy mess \u2013 it will dry out over the summer but repairs are needed to the structure.\u00a0 The Board will discuss this at a future meeting<\/p>\n

        f)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Members who still have projects they would like to propose are encouraged to provide a cost estimate and plan to include in the next board meeting for review. Please don\u2019t hesitate to bring proposals forward, although our budget is very limited<\/p>\n

        g)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ring pasture fence replacement \u2013 Morris will manage the ring pasture replacement in May<\/p>\n
